Sturdy by design

All cases are made from high-quality aluminium. The side-case body uses 2 mm sheet with just one seam*. Tops and bottoms are 3 mm seamless pressings for extra rigidity. The bottom is riveted to the body; the 20 mm overlap area is sealed and reaches an overall thickness of ~5 mm — a unique feature that boosts strength and water resistance while keeping weight at just 5.5–6.5 kg.

Groove-type seals on lid and body form a tight labyrinth. After rain, washing or long dusty roads — your gear stays clean and dry. The wide overlapped mating area improves sealing and stiffness at the same time.

Stainless fittings

All hardware is stainless and serviceable. Dual-hinge locks let you open side cases from either side or remove the lid completely. Retaining latches hold the lid closed — press the lower button to release; no need to use the key every time.
