Fits most adventure and touristic enduro motorcycles. Compact, rugged and balanced, Tripfella side cases are built to follow you from European highways to the remote corners of the planet. Thanks to a muffler cut-out, the system only slightly increases the rear width — for example, a BMW R1200GS equipped with Tripfella panniers measures just 102 cm wide.
Despite the compact size, each case offers generous space (40 L + 45 L) and unmatched rigidity. Made from 2–3 mm aluminium, they exceed touring-class standards in both strength and durability.
Design & details
The non-cutout case has only one rear seam for extra stiffness. Lids include two comfortable handles and four stainless steel tie-down loops for your gear. Corners are protected by impact-resistant plastic patches that prevent scratches when the bike is dropped or leaned against a wall.
Each case uses dual locks that can be opened from either side — or the lid can be removed completely. A mechanical retainer allows closing and opening without a key when convenient. The non-cutout pannier is large enough to fit one full-size helmet.
Sealing & protection
A specially engineered gasket ensures complete dust- and waterproofing — tested in harsh conditions, under heavy rain and even river crossings. The quick-release system lets you remove or install the cases within seconds, with no tools required.
Mounting system
Tripfella pannier racks are made of Ø 18 × 2 mm stainless tube, CNC-bent and robot-welded for precision. After electropolishing or powder coating, they combine strength, lightness and excellent corrosion resistance. Mounts are tailored per motorbike model for a perfect fit.
