Overview
The Tripfella Full Kit is a turn-key touring solution for adventure bikes: two hard panniers (45 L on the cut-out side for the muffler, 40 L on the other side) plus a 40 L top case. Designed for long distances and rough conditions, the system keeps rear width compact — a BMW R1200GS with this kit is ~102 cm — yet provides ample storage and superb strength thanks to 2–3 mm aluminium panels.

Design & fit
The straight case has only one rear seam for extra rigidity. Lids feature two carry handles and four stainless tie-down loops. Impact-resistant corner patches help avoid scratches and add protection during tip-overs. Dual locks allow opening from either side or full lid removal; a retainer lets you close/open without a key when needed. The non-cutout pannier fits a full-size helmet.
Water/dust sealing
A precision gasket and sealed geometry keep gear dry and clean — proven through heavy rain and even river crossings. The branded quick-release system lets you install or remove cases within seconds, without tools.
Racks & mounts
Tripfella pannier racks use Ø 18 × 2 mm stainless tubing, CNC-bent and robot-welded. After electropolishing or powder coating they are light, corrosion-resistant and exceptionally strong. Mounts are tailored per bike model to ensure a perfect fit and balanced weight distribution.
